The Shenandoah County Library in Edinburg is excited to welcome R.E.A.D-certified therapy dog, Riley, and her owner, Luis Krug, for a new program! This limited-time program will meet on Mondays through the months of January and February. To sign up your young reader (ages 6-10) for one or two visits with Riley, call or stop by the County Library. Registration is required.
